PLACES! is a love story set in the turmoil of a community theater.
Every city or town has a community theater, replete with familiar characters. Proscenium Players is no exception.
Bobbie and Gregg each join the cast of a musical for different reasons. Both she and he are newcomers to the theater. In the midst of chaos and comedy, they fall in love.
Scenes include the play selection committee meeting, auditions, the read-through, blocking, set construction, costume nightmares, a production meeting, and performances. If you have ever been involved with community theater you will find your favorite, or not so favorite, personalities portrayed. Hilarious fun!
